The Three-Day Zero Tracker is still available in iOS 15

Software updates often come with features such as bug fixes and security patches. Unfortunately for iOS 15, it seems Apple has dropped the zero-day event despite being warned in advance. This is the case written by an anonymous security investigator and was distributed and confirmed by Kosta Eleftheriou.

According to his writings, “I mentioned four 0-day issues this year between March 10 and May 4, as currently three of them are still in the latest version of iOS (15.0) and one was upgraded in 14.7, but Apple decided to hide it on the security page. ”

He adds, “When I met them, they apologized, assured me it was due to a search warrant and promised to write me on the next security page. It has been released three times since then and they have always broken their promises.”

The researcher honored Apple by giving them the opportunity to respond and explain, otherwise they would make it public, which clearly does not have a reason for the problems that have already been revealed.

These tips are very informative but are explained on the researcher’s blog, so if you want to know more you can see it. Apple has not yet commented on the matter, but since this has become widely known and can be exploited by hackers who now know about it, we hope it will protect them ASAP.
