Trying to Differentiate YouTube Links | Ubergizmo

Discord contains several bots, but these bots are useful for things like notifying newcomers to the servers of the rules. Some of the bots were also fun and could play music from YouTube at the request of users, but probably because of permission, YouTube pulled them.

However, there is good news because it seems that when the bots were pulled, it seems that Discord and YouTube have been working together. According to a report in The Verge, both companies are trying to integrate YouTube into the app. This new integration will enable “Look Together” as the name implies, allowing Discord users to watch YouTube videos together.

According to The Verge, this was something Discord and YouTube were working on almost a year ago, but thanks to the pull of bots, they redesigned themselves. It’s a lot more fun and can be a better option than the window sharing section. This seems to also help the radio to open a remote button that allows other server members to play.

There is no word on when the date will be released, but it looks like it is being tested for friends and family servers, but the beta is expected to grow in the coming weeks, with the idea that it will eventually be available to all users by the end of October.
