Sometimes we encounter ads on Facebook that affect us but we don’t need the item or service right away. After all, when we try to remember where the ads were, it becomes difficult to find these when we have stopped browsing Facebook. See Recent Ads on Facebook
There is a site known as ‘Recent Advertising Services’ on Facebook that gives you the opportunity to view ads that you recently downloaded or liked on your phone. Here’s how to put one together for use with Android and iOS.
On Android
1. Open the Facebook app on your phone and click on the hamburger menu in the top right corner.
2. From the menu, select “Settings & Privacy” after scrolling down.
3. In the To Edit page, click “Recent Advertising Activities”.
4. The next page shows all the ads you recently searched on Facebook.
That’s right. You can also save ads for future reference under the “Stored” tab here. To save an ad, just click “Save” for each ad.
On iOS
1. Open the Facebook app on your iPhone and click the hamburger on the right hand side.
2. Next, select “Settings & Privacy” from the options after a short click.
3. On the next page, click “Recent Actions” and that’s all.
You have all the ads on the next page, from which you can save them for future use or click to view them.
Bonus: Hide Ads
There is also a bonus tip here for you. If you do not want to see more ads in the future, you can hide this from the likes mentioned above. Here is how:
1 Go to the same page from “Settings and Privacy”.
2. Select “Recent Activity” from there.
3. Now that the ad has opened, click on the three dots next to the ad you want to hide.
4. From the menu, select “Hide post” and that’s it.
