As some of you may have heard by now, the lawsuit between Apple and Epic is over. As part of the verdict, the judge was ordered Epic to pay Apple $ 6 million that’s the company’s fees for violating the App Store’s rules, plus 30% of what Epic made from Fortnite’s in-app purchases that use a third party approach.
In a tweet by Epic CEO Tim Sweeney, it was announced that the company had paid $ 6 million for Apple. We were hoping to reject the episode as Epic also said this is preparing to file an appeal, but we think that perhaps if he wins the request, he will be able to repay the loan.

The ruling found that both were guilty of a number of counts, such as Apple for conspiracy, and Epic for violating the App Store rules. It also forced Apple to allow manufacturers to contact users to inform them of other payment methods.
Epic had tried to convince Apple allowing Fortnite to return to the App Store, but Apple has shot down and said it will accept Epic if it agrees play by the same rules like other manufacturers.
