Members of Congress and Their Aides are Exempt From Biden’s Vax Mandate

Congress members and their supporters will not be given the opportunity to support Joe Biden’s vaccine for government workers.

Since Joe Biden’s law applies to civil servants in the Executive, congressmen and members of parliament are not pardoned.

Newsweek reports:

President Joe Biden’s new vaccine for civil servants is not working for members of Congress or those working for Congress or state courts.

Biden instructed two officials on Thursday that they wanted a COVID vaccine for federal workers as well as government contractors. He also asked the Department of Labor to issue an emergency law requiring businesses with more than 100 employees to ensure that their employees receive a vaccine or test each week.

However, Biden’s law for federal workers applies to employees in the supervision department. The House of Representatives and Parliament are part of the legislature, and the courts are located in the judiciary.

Employees at USPS are also receiving specialized care.

Employees at USPS are part of the vaccine authority under OSHA control, although they are not under supervision.
