Florida Gets Even More Deadly As Appeals Court Blocks School Mask Mandates

The Florida Court of Appeals has ruled in favor of Governor Ron DeSantis and barred schools from imposing antitrust laws.

CNN reports:

The Florida Regional Court on Friday reinstated the school board, hampering the requirements of the local school, meanwhile, court documents show.

Florida Attorney General Ron DeSantis filed an emergency appeal after a judge ruled Wednesday that the Florida state should suspend the antitrust law.

The recent court ruling comes amid protests between the government and other sections of local schools that have also urged students to wear masks as Covid-19 infections rise.

The case is still pending. There will be a lot of requests, and if Governor DeSantis can deal with school masks, his points are to destroy his confession, and President Biden has already assured Florida school administrators that the government will pay their salaries if DeSantis tries to punish every school district by enacting a face-to-face law.

Ron DeSantis did not win. Florida adults and children are lost because they are no longer safe in school.
