Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-CA) summoned the Department of Justice to investigate the Rep. Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) who opposes justice.
Swalwell told Greg Sargent of The Washington Post:
“I see it as a violation of justice,” said Eric Swalwell (D-Calif.). “They are telling telephone manufacturers to disregard legal action, otherwise they could face penalties.” Swalwell said referrals to the Department of Justice should be considered.
Kevin McCarthy is threatening telephone companies because he is afraid of them.
Rep. McCarthy has no other playing cards. They do not have the power to reduce or suspend the 1/6 Committee. His sending a defamatory message to the committee has taken place.
All that is left for McCarthy to do is try to rob the companies and promise to pay back if they give their phones to the committee.
Kevin McCarthy is hiding something, and it’s probably a one-on-one interview with Donald Trump at 1/6.
McCarthy cannot hide the evidence, and his efforts to suppress justice must be thwarted by an investigation into civil cases.
