And while Morris believes all claims for immunizations should be thoroughly investigated – “Could it be that there are still some serious side effects of the vaccine that we have not yet identified? Yes, it is possible, ”he told me – he also said that he had seen Kirsch frequently making evidence so it seemed to fit the facts. Instead, he unwittingly was the source of Kirsch’s statistics.
In September, Kirsch sent an email to Morris asking him to estimate the number of deaths due to the vaccine. “Who knows,” replied Morris. “But not 150K. Not zero. ”
Kirsch immediately sent the change to me and, I think, other journalists. “BOMBSHELL: A senior professor of biostats has admitted that we HAVE NO EXAMPLE # of MURDERERS with the COVID vaccine,” he wrote. “It is thought that # killed by vax could be anywhere between 0 and 150K dead people.”
Those who know Kirsch say this is the way to go. He is argumentative, quickly changing the subject of the conversation to give the other person a back up.
“He may be a scientist, but he’s a genius,” said Feinberg of WVU. “She is OK. He may be a snake merchant. ”
It was a personal experience when, on one occasion, we discussed a number of lessons. Kirsch told me that “meta-analyzes are more convincing evidence than randomized controlled trials.” When I replied that the meta-analysis was the same as the one described, he said: “I would like to understand the source, because I cannot find a source that says that phase 3 testing is more evidence than meta-analysis.”

While combining the results of a number of well-crafted experiments can provoke controversy or produce subtle forms in small examples, meta-analysis is only part of its components; any successful trial is more important than the combination of several failed results. In the meantime, however, his question bothered me, and I stuttered.
Probably the most effective way for Kirsch, is simply to be willing to save everyone. During our first conversation, which turned out to be a multi-hour Zoom section, Kirsch walked through the rooms of his interior room with his phone on his chest, without much attention to the camera. Thirty minutes later at the end of the scheduled time, he threw his cell phone at his Tesla cupbearer so he could still talk as he walked along.
“If you want to translate for me, you have to say that Steve Kirsch doesn’t go with a lot of votes on the translation,” he told me when I asked about his opinion on ivermectin, which he insists is a silver bullet against covid. “If you want to get someone to accuse me of ten thousand dollars, or one thousand dollars, I’m glad to do that, to benefit you.”
Later, a listening media representative, David Satterfield, turned on his microphone to advise us to complete the email conversation. After the Zoom meeting, Satterfield phoned me to apologize for the inconvenience. “I’m just tired,” he said, before asking to release the note.

None of this would be necessary if Kirsch’s views on vaccination were secret, or shared with a few people. But as Kirsch battled with the experts around him, he began to draw closer to other vaccine-sharing patients — who in turn gave a wider audience and listened to his claims about the fluvoxamine plot.
Its appearance in the section of anti-covid-vaccine, pro-ivermectin pundit Bret Weinstein’s DarkHorse Podcast, beside him Robert Malone, a well-known source of false vaccines, brought Kirsch to followers of the “dark genius,” who loved him as a true friend. He also made several movies and podcasts with them Vladimir Zelenko, a conspiracy doctor who persuaded Trump to take hydroxychloroquine.
While YouTube has taken the full video of the DarkHorse segment, several clips have been viewed more than 4 million times, and all audio content remains on Spotify.
