Mmmm you know soup is the language of love here. We create a large group almost every week to have plenty of leftovers like a simple, quick dinner or a lunch full of nutrients. Or, to cool down to eat easily a few weeks or months later.

The best part? You can put protein, vegetables, essential vitamins / foods AND tons of spices in one pot with soup if you do well. Yes, it tastes amazing and boosts your health… .. the best New Year food plan I can think of, really.

And this soup is no different. Just a few blends (all pantry!), With good and good results thanks to this simple and delicious black bean sauce. I love ANY food you can throw in a pot or in 5 minutes, and forget about it until dinner time. This is one of those magical recipes, which I can’t believe — it’s easy-to-know that I know you will have to repeat when you want a hot, nutritious meal (without effort).
