Growing up in the late 70’s and 80’s, I have been a runner all my life, and I have loved football for as long as I can remember. So one of my favorite pastimes from the radio show when I was a kid was the mountain that the famous Walter Payton made for himself.. I have been teaching for almost twenty years now, and I have been busy hiking. Blocking has been a major challenge for my children. Some things can be very painful, but tension makes them work as hard as they can, coordinating movements to be as efficient as possible, and burning down their anaerobic strength. It’s fun to watch.
