Have you ever created your own DIY beauty and skin care products? If not, I recommend 10/10 because it is not stable, restless and cheap…. is it fun too ?! And it doesn’t take nearly as long as you might expect.
As long as you have a few simple, essential ingredients, you are ready- as well as your skin, hair and teeth. (Yes. Teeth! We’re going there.)
I love making small designs from my DIY beauty & skin care creations. When the kids are asleep and I go to the end of the latest * longggg *, I take out some of these products and start working.
Except for working, I mean using one or two things – then I let them practice their magic and go into the bathroom or read a good book…. or all, if I feel in the wild.
It feels like air coming out after crazy and satisfying days, and a little way to take care of ourselves even if life tells us we don’t have time. Or the right things. Or enough money or enough money to buy “beautiful” things.
Warning of hackers: you don’t have to be careful to take care of yourself. All you need is a few simple things (some you may already have in your home) and a few minutes to separate everything and just sit * for a while.
I promise, it’s always important.
Excellent DIY & skin care products
1. My Smooth Skin
Aka, green face honey. All right, all right, stay with me here – it sounds more confusing than it actually is. Honey is a natural vitamin that is amazing for soft skin. All you need is two tablespoons of raw honey. Drain on your face and soak for at least 20 minutes, then wipe with a warm cloth and water. I try to do this once a week and it’s amazing what it does!
2. Natural Dental Cleanse
Fact: really Toothpaste is hard to come by. For years I have been trying to experiment with everything I have ever experienced, and recently I have reached the ones I love the most. And wait … It’s not really toothpaste. With toothpaste— check here.
I know it sounds strange, but the ingredients sold me out – they’re made with baking soda, two types of clay for dentures in the teeth and mouth, and a minimal amount of essential oils. All you have to do is dip your toothbrush wet in the flour and mix it as usual.
Of course, my teeth have never been white or white, so I’m in it. I like the sweet spear as a big change (very similar to the taste of toothpaste), then a single peppermint (which doesn’t look like sweet).
They also contain toothpaste (right here) which I haven’t tried yet, but it can be a great way to start if the powder looks like it’s too far out of your comfort zone. ?
3. Natural Mano Whitener
Finding one without peroxide and without drugs is impossible… .. so far. This tray & installation it has become my new favorite thing! See, white ones that actually damage your teeth and healthy bacteria in your mouth. I love that this is also used, as well as 100% natural ingredients combined with the power of blue light.
4. The Best Eyelash & Brow Grower
I swear absolutely with castor oil on the ugly mascara masks at night. MAGIC, friends. Your full eyelashes and browsers thank you.
5. Very Soft Hair
Does your hair look dull and dry? (Chest, the postpartum mother raises both her hands up here.) My favorite hair band at home is soooo simple, and it works like a charm. Dissolve one teaspoon of coconut oil and mix with one teaspoon of apple cider vinegar. Apply dry hair from root to tip. Let it be at least 20 minutes before rinsing as usual.
Help your child learn to love real foods, have healthy vegetables, cut down on any of the foods in this process and help protect the immune system and intestines vigorously throughout life (true).
