Teaching Manifesto: 6 Rules for Success


Like any profession, people become teachers and educators for a variety of reasons. Other reasons are good, such as surviving cancer and wanting to help others. Some are very useful, such as coaching as a career because you have become an athlete. Other interests, such as seeing yourself as a businessman are a small fitness business as a way. No matter how much you come to teach, you are now one and it is time to make yourself better.

Some are very useful, such as coaching as a career because you have become an athlete. Other interests, such as seeing yourself as a businessman are a small fitness business as a way. No matter how much you come to teach, you are now one and it is time to make yourself better.

As with your education, there is no need for unlimited teaching. There are many bad coaches and coaches in the world. The following six rules are not simple, but they are simple. If you take them, you will put yourself in the front of the game.

You will become a better teacher and, as a result, your customers will be happier. I call this Teaching Manifesto. I studied these rules slowly over the years. I give it all to you here, because when I put it together it helped me.

1. Educate Yourself

This is the first rule for reasons. This rule will come into effect on the date you have chosen to be a teacher and will continue to apply until the date you have established it.

There is not a single day in between that you should not continue to study.

Have classes, go to seminars, read books, see other coaches, watch movies – learn, learn, learn. Updates come out every day from magazines, researchers, and working with your clients. Learn something every day and do not give up.

2. Know Your Agent

Your clients are one way to learn from you, but to learn from them you need to know them.

How can you teach people until you understand them and their motives? You cannot tell them what to do until you know who they are and what they want.

What are the injuries, what is your client’s profile, and what motivates you? You know their goals, but do you know their real intentions? Do you know what makes them so attractive? How wonderful it is to see your customers clearly so that you can help them see themselves.

Know your client – more than they know – but without judgment. Get to know their bodies, know their thoughts, and show them a mirror. Then share what you know and show them how you can help.

3. Know Yourself

We cannot ask others to look at themselves in the mirror and change if we do not want to look at ourselves in a cold and harsh place. To get to know others, you need to know yourself well.

Although communication is easy if we know ourselves. If we do not see ourselves clearly, then we are taking many personal things. We think The customer is disappointed he is with us, when it is really his own frustration.

If you know your client, and know yourself, you know the real root of the problem and the solution is simple.

Knowing yourself also means knowing your weaknesses and solving your problems. If we train ourselves daily, we need to know what we do not know. This means accepting gaps in our skills and making continuous progress towards filling them.

4. Humble yourself

This is a result of “Know Yourself.” Once you know yourself, it is time to change.

Yes, it is good that you can push one arm. What should you do in front of your customers for no reason? No. Let go of your selfishness and need for attention when teaching.

It does not concern you. The less you have, the better you will be. It is not about you when your customer is upset. It’s not about you when your client is happy. It’s not just about you.

They did it. Not you. You’re just a canal. Ego adds dirt and makes it a bad source of learning and progress.

5. Unmarried Methods

Learning and progress is possible using any teaching method. It’s hard for the fitness industry to say your machine is better than others, but that is not the case. Teaching is good or teaching is bad.

You are a good teacher or a bad teacher, whether your dumbbell is pink, wearing a singlet, or using sand.

If someone says their machine is the best, they are probably trying to sell you something. Not so anxiety system well; just be a good teacher in whatever you do. Generally, people have to work harder, carry less, and move faster.

They should train strength, cardio, and flexibility. Mention everything you want, but the body is a human body and there are many useful things you can do for it and with it. Be committed to the results, not a guru or any other means.

6. Do not injure

Everything you do with your customers should be helpful and inspiring. People do not come to you for injuries. They come to you for self-determination to achieve great goals – sometimes the goals seem like a global competition and sometimes they seem like running the same distance without stopping. No matter how strong they are, it is your main responsibility to your customers keep them safe and training them.

If you know your customers, you know what they should do and what they should not do. If you know yourself, you will not be disappointed if you tell them the truth and they will be disappointed. If you leave the process, you will find ways to change the course. When you educate yourself you can explain why this is the best way for them.

You cannot follow one of these rules and be a good teacher or teacher. If you follow them all, you will be better, your customers will be better, and you will be the healthier and stronger way you want to be. Try taking the number one heart right now and see how it works for you.
