The idea of he gave it to you to be inside your house is dangerous enough. But what if the killer revealed himself to be … you? Yes There’s Someone in Your House, Netflix’s latest awesome video from producers Shawn Levy (Extraordinary) and James Wan | (Dangerous).
There’s Someone in Your House based on a New York Times best-selling book of the same name by Stephanie Perkins. Directed by Patrick Brice and edited by Henry Gayden, starring Sydney Park, Théodore Pellerin, Asjha Cooper, Dale Whibley, and others are still young people in the proud city of Nebraska. All is quiet until, well, the killer wearing the face of the victim arrives. Here is the cart.
The cart makes There’s Someone in Your House and it feels like a very low 1980 or 1990 movie. A few teenagers, exchanges, a lot of obvious secrets, and a lot of skeptics who can be a killer. One might think that the manufacturers hope that this could be a license, especially when the killer could be anyone.
Since I haven’t read this book, my biggest question after this trailer is this … how does a sculptor make these masks? Technology like this sounds like it exists especially in the Marvel Cinematic Universe or with Function: Impossible crowd. On the contrary, machines that can imitate faces are not uncommon, but would it not be easy to follow them? How many people in rural Nebraska have been sent to send real technology in recent weeks? The case is settled.
With all the courage, from the 21 Laps team Shawn Levy and Dan Cohen, and the Atomic Monster team James Wan and Michael Clear, There’s Someone in Your House it seems to have a serious problem. We hope it can do what it can. Players along with Jesse LaTourette, Diego Josef, Burkely Duffield, Sarah Dugdale, William MacDonald, Andrew Dunbar, Markian Tarasiuk, There’s Someone in Your House drops on Netflix October 6.
