Giddy NYC Mayor de Blasio Celebrates ‘Disgraced’ Cuomo Stepping Down – ‘We’re Turning A New Page Now’

New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio appears to be delighted to head to MSNBC on Tuesday morning to celebrate Gov. “Disgraced” Andrew Cuomo stepped down yesterday.

De Blasio Celebrates

“We are opening the page now in New York, thank God,” De Blasio said appearing on the MSNBC show “Morning Joe.”

Cuomo, who had frequently argued in public with Blasio, stepped down in the middle of the night after the investigation confirmed that he had abused about a dozen women. De Blasio could not contain his excitement when he told host Willie Geist that he could work with the new Governor Kathy Hochul, who had sworn in the middle of the night as Cuomo.

“We have to fight COVID, we have to work together, we have to fight the Delta diversity, we have to find a way to recover this… We have a lot of work to do together, but consider working together, which was not possible, Willie, I know this surprises you,” “It was not possible with that supporter,” said de Blasio.

Cuomo Is Known Digging In Blasio

Cuomo congratulated Democratic nominee Eric Eric Adams on his resignation, which many interpret as digging for de Blasio. However, the mayor said he did not mind Cuomo’s statement.

“Well, when some embarrassing person throws a gun at you, I think unconsciously, it’s a compliment, isn’t it?” he said.

“The important thing is, Andrew Cuomo could have had a moment of grace, he could have talked about the women he wronged, he could have talked about the elderly we lost in the shelters, he could have brought this to the public, but there is rudeness there that doesn’t allow him to see anything. but on his own, ”said Blasio. “In other words, I’m very upset with his family.”

De Blasio concluded by saying that both of them could be “messages to the public in general” that having more power often brings “something bad” to you.
